Engine balancing
Automatic and semi-automatic handlers are provided to secure the engines being balanced.
Everything is inserted into special ergonomic housings designed for loading and unloading of the product by the operator. Special instruments are used to check the engine’s balance. The balancing cycle can be input as desired, using previously saved instructions that can be retrieved by a barcode. The type and voltage of the motor drive can also be modified (by PWM pulse train).
Volume control
To check whether the test piece conforms to specifications, it can be tested for volume, using special tools, or for analytical derivation, analysing inlet and discharge pressure of the piece.
The regulation and maintenance of the test pressure with special fixed or motorised pressurisers allows for extremely reliable tests, even at low pressures.
Resistance testing
Earth resistance testing and dielectric strength.
Using precision power supplies and/or special instruments with read heads “with 4 wires”.
LPG testing
The system includes various types of instrumentation for testing leakage, volume, resistance and actual testing using LPG.
